10 POUNDS in 14 Days (15/mins or less per day)

10 pounds in 14 days may sound like a BIG goal, but it's not unrealistic.  In fact, I've
shown people strategic ways to drop even MORE pounds in as little as 2 weeks many
times...there's more than one way to skin a cat as they say.

BUT, perhaps the EASIEST way to do this is outlined by my buddy Dr. Kareem in the

Why "1 to 2 pounds a week" may be BAD advice

Should you lose weight slowly or quickly -- what's more effective?

Most people teach their clients to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week, and stabilize their weight over time, leading to more permanent results. This is what they are taught in school, and what makes logical sense to them.

Slow and steady wins the race, right?


WRONG.

Be careful with this advice -- over the last 8 years, training tens of thousands of clients both in person and online, and developing a world-class network of health professionals, my good friend Dr. Kareem has learned that while 1-2 pounds/week can be effective, there's a better and more promising way to shed your unwanted body fat.

It's similar to HIIT (high-intensity interval training), where we used to think that drawn out slow cardio was the most effective way to burn calories and lose fat (but now we KNOW that "sprint" intervals, combined with lower intensity intervals are much more effective for losing that belly buldge).

Do THIS stretch first thing in the morning (to eliminate back pain)

If you're like most people your body and back can be pretty stiff when
you first wake up and get out of bed.

Luckily there's a 15-second stretch that you can do first thing in the
morning that will really help your body and back feel better (especially
your lower back!).

He's the one that told me about it and it makes a HUGE difference.


The 717 Rule: 7 days to massive fatloss (EASY)

 No matter your body type, if you are currently consuming a lot of sauces, fruits, carbs, or any other form of sugar, I have an excitingly easy and approachable way for you to lose a massive amount of fat in the next 7 days from my buddy Dr. K.

It's called the 717 Rule and here are the only things you have to remember and follow next week:

*No more than 7g of sugar each day
*No more than 17g of carbs each day
*Day 7 is a Cheat Day (eat whatever you want, but avoid trans fat and high fructose corn syrup)
